PartnerWize Global F.Z.C. (“PartnerWize,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”) is committed to providing professional, transparent, and fair services to all clients, whether individuals, businesses, or organizations (“You,” “Your,” or “Client”). This Refund Policy sets forth the terms, conditions, and limitations under which a refund may be requested, considered, and processed. By engaging with our services or purchasing any product or service offered by PartnerWize Global F.Z.C. , you acknowledge and agree to the terms herein, including all limitations, eligibility requirements, disclaimers, and governing law provisions.

Policy Validity and General Terms

This Refund Policy is valid for a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase or engagement of any service provided by PartnerWize. Requests for refunds submitted outside this period will not be considered except in cases where the company, in its sole discretion, expressly approves such requests in writing. Clients are advised that this Refund Policy applies strictly to requests submitted within the stated period and that no exceptions are guaranteed.

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

Refunds, whether full or partial, are contingent upon strict compliance with the following eligibility criteria:

  • Non-Utilization of Service: The service for which a refund is requested must not have been commenced, utilized, activated, or otherwise engaged in any manner, including, without limitation, consultations, business registration services, document preparation, procurement services, research, or any other professional services.

  • Deduction of Costs: Any work already performed, resources allocated, third-party expenses incurred, or any costs reasonably associated with the delivery or commencement of services shall be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

  • Submission of Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@partnerwize.com, including your full name, invoice or order number, date of payment, and a detailed explanation for the request. Requests lacking sufficient information or clarity may be denied at the company’s sole discretion.

  • Discretionary Rights: PartnerWize reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deny any refund request if the above criteria are not fully satisfied or if the company reasonably determines that the request is not justified under the terms of this policy.

Pro-Rated Refunds

In circumstances where services are provided on a case-by-case basis or where partial services have been delivered, PartnerWize may, at its sole discretion, issue a pro-rated refund for the portion of services that remain unused. Pro-rated refunds will take into account any work already performed, resources allocated, third-party expenses incurred, or other costs reasonably associated with the provision of services. Approval of any pro-rated refund is not guaranteed and will be determined entirely at the discretion of PartnerWize.

Processing and Response

Upon approval of a refund, including a pro-rated refund, the amount will be processed using the original method of payment. Clients acknowledge that processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, financial intermediaries, or payment providers, and that PartnerWize is not responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.

Refund requests will be acknowledged and a response provided within ten (10) business days of receipt. Clients are encouraged to follow up if no response is received within this timeframe.

Finality of Sales

Unless expressly approved in writing by PartnerWize, payments for services that have been fully delivered, utilized, or partially commenced are final and non-refundable. Clients expressly acknowledge that once any work has begun, resources have been committed, or deliverables have been provided, no refunds shall be processed, except at the sole discretion of PartnerWize.

Limitations and Disclaimers

This Refund Policy does not constitute any obligation to provide services beyond those explicitly agreed upon.

PartnerWize makes no representations or warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the outcomes, results, or effectiveness of the services provided. Clients acknowledge that all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and PartnerWize disclaims any liability for any loss, damage, or consequential effect arising from the client’s reliance on the services provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PartnerWize and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data or information, business interruption, or any other losses, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if the remedy fails in its essential purpose.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction, this Refund Policy, and any disputes arising from its application or interpretation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Clients expressly agree that the courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, claims, or matters arising under or related to this Refund Policy.

Sever ability

If any provision of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity, enforceability, or applicability of the remaining provisions.

Acknowledgment By purchasing or engaging with the services of PartnerWize, the client expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety, including all eligibility criteria, discretionary rights, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law provisions.
